Had a boiler fitted, and they had problems with our “unusual” pipework. But stayed late both evenings to fix it and Samson returned the next day to check the whole system and gave us loads of advice on how to get the best from our heating.

We had our bathroom refurbished by Essential Plumbing & Heating and it was a great experience. Samson came over and was very professional and very thorough explaining the best layout for our bathroom and went through the product range they offered.
